How does the deposit work?
Once you approve your firm quote, a 20% deposit locks in your booking. The remaining balance is due before your travel date. If we can't provide your transfer for any reason, you get a full refund of the deposit.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight live. Your driver automatically adjusts to your real arrival time — no need to call or message us. The fixed price stays the same regardless of the delay.
Can you handle large groups or extra luggage?
Yes. Tell us your passenger count and any oversized luggage (prams, surfboards, golf bags) at booking and we assign a vehicle sized for it — SUV, people-mover or minibus depending on the group.
Do you cover late-night or early-morning pickups?
Yes. Airport transfers run around the clock. Your driver is matched to your specific flight, so early or late arrivals are handled the same as any other booking.
Can I add my flight number after booking?
Yes — the flight number is optional at booking. Add it any time from your order confirmation and we'll start tracking it immediately.
What is the cancellation policy?
A tiered cancellation policy applies to customer-initiated cancellations — the closer to your travel date, the smaller the refund. A full refund applies only if we are unable to provide your transfer. See our refund policy for full details.
