How does the deposit work for a charter?
Once you approve your quote, a 20% deposit locks in your booking. The balance is due before your travel date. If we cannot provide your charter for any reason, your deposit is fully refunded.
Can I change the stops or route on the day?
Yes — your driver is flexible. You can add stops, skip stops, or adjust the order on the day. Significant route extensions may affect the quoted price, which your driver will confirm with you before proceeding.
How many passengers can a charter accommodate?
Up to 11 passengers in a minibus, 6 in an SUV or people-mover, and 3 in a sedan. Tell us your group size at booking and we match the right vehicle.
What's the difference between a standard tour and a custom charter?
Standard tours are pre-built full-day routes with curated stops and verified timing — easy to book and great value. A custom charter lets you pick your own stops, sequence and hours. Both use the same private-driver model with a fixed quoted price.
Do I need to tip the driver?
Tips are not expected or required — your driver's service is included in the quoted price. If you had a great experience and want to tip, it is always appreciated.
Can we request a specific vehicle type?
Yes — choose your preferred vehicle class at booking. Availability depends on your date and region, and we'll confirm the match when we send your firm quote.
